The ABA will be sponsoring an Ice Cream Social for the August after hours. Come and enjoy some of your favorites!!

Rediscover Ashland 2007
The rain did not stop some vendors from setting up their booths. However, the ABA will purchase a booth at the American Legion’s Carnival on 6/27 - 7/1/07 and make it available to any vendor/business who had registered for Rediscover Ashland. Businesses will be assigned a time slot for use of the booth. Contact Bob DePeron at VP@ashlandbusinessassociation.com to reserve your time slot.
By the way, the annual Firehouse Chili Contest co-sponsored by the ABA and Ashland Lion’s Club still went ahead and was quite successful despite the rain. Nello’s took home the top prize this year!
American Legion Events
The Carnival is coming to the new Ashland High School, June 27 through July 1 (5 days). They are expecting 5,000 to 6,000 visitors. Also, a Motorcycle Stunt Show will be held at the Middle School on August 11 (rain date August 12). Sign up for a booth -- $100 for each event or $150 if you sign up for both. Questions? Contact Bob Lindsey at 508-233-8944.
