"Business After Hours"
Susie Neal of Art House Greetings will host this month's "business after hours" at the library, immediately following our meeting. If you are interested in hosting an after hours event at the library or your place of business, please contact Dianna Hopper, 508-736-3724.
The First Annual ABA Golf Tournament
SAVE THE DATE! The ABA will hold a golf tournament on Monday, October 15, 2007. We still need players and raffle prizes. If you are not a golfer, you can still join us for dinner. Registration and ticket information is available on the ABA Web site. Invite your business associates, friends, and neighbors and let’s make this a success.
ABA Business Card Racks
ABA members can display their business cards for free at several locations around town. Unfortunately, vandals visited Sunnyside Café recently and removed all the cards! Please help refill the rack at Sunnyside Café, 24 Front Street. For a list of other locations, see the business cards page on the Web site.
Welcome Baskets
We are continuing to deliver welcome baskets to new residents of Ashland. The baskets are being assembled as needed, so it’s not too late for you to participate. If you want to contribute to the baskets, please contact Kou Hang at 508-881-1130.
ABA Holiday Potluck Dinner Meeting
We are in the process of reserving a place to hold the December meeting. Stay tuned!
Speed Networking Event
The Speed Networking event was a huge success. Thanks to Adam Sachs of John Hancock Financial Network, Inc., for facilitating this activity. The next event will be held in April 2008.
The ABA welcomes two new members who joined us recently:
